At MiniBubsy, we work hard to ensure every order is processed carefully and delivered safely. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing time, shipping rates, delivery estimates, and what to do if you experience a delivery issue.
1. Shipping Availability
MiniBubsy currently ships orders within the United States.
At this time, we do not guarantee shipping outside the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., please contact us before placing an order to confirm whether shipping is available to your region.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During busy periods, sales events, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer than usual. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
3. Shipping Rate
We offer the following shipping rate within the United States:
Standard Shipping: $4.99
From time to time, MiniBubsy may offer promotional free shipping. Any free shipping offer will be clearly displayed on our website or at checkout when available.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Shipping within the United States usually takes:
7–12 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Total estimated delivery time, including processing and shipping, is usually:
8–15 business days from the date your order is placed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, high order volume, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Order Confirmation and Tracking
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
You can use the tracking number to follow the delivery progress of your order.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us for assistance.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
MiniBubsy is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
This may include:
- Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers
- Incorrect street address
- Wrong city, state, or ZIP code
- Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer
- Delays caused by address verification issues

7. Delayed Shipments

- Confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct
- Contact the shipping carrier if tracking shows the package is in transit or delivered
- Contact MiniBubsy if you need additional assistance

8. Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check:
- Around your delivery location
- With household members, neighbors, building staff, or front desk staff
- Your mailbox, porch, lobby, or parcel locker
- The shipping carrier for delivery confirmation

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

10. Multiple Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability, item type, or warehouse location.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking information for each package.
